HORRIFIC!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a mini book from them on February 1st for a Valentines Day gift for my boyfriend and I figured two weeks would be a safe distance given that their timeline for delivery is within 7 days. It is now two weeks later and not only do I NOT have my purchase but I have emailed them 3 times (thats their only form of contact) and have had NO response. I would not recommend Printic to anyone!!!
