Great customer service!

Love this app! I ordered prints from there but they never came in! I emailed the help account and within minutes for a response.
Canada post kept loosing the letters, but after the 3rd reprints (and 3 help emails) they finally arrived!
LOVE MY PRINTS! Great quality! Worth the money!
Printic was extremely apologetic for the lost packages, even though it wasnt their fault.
My only hope was that they could give tracking codes some how for larger orders! Could reduce the amount of lost packages from Canada post.
