Poor quality/ app crashes constantly

Ive ordered photos from printic twice now. The first time the photos were fine. The second time they were much lower quality. Both times I used the app it crashed multiple times during the ordering process. I did not get a confirmation email, the photos arrived damaged. Filled out survey with no response from company. I will not order photos from this app again.
